Position Overview:
The Sales Specialist role is responsible for managing sales, dealers, sub dealers, transporters and providing exceptional customer service to household, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth across household, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and sub-dealers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and education on LPG product benefits and safety.
- Coordinate with logistics, terminal operations, and bottling plants to ensure timely product delivery and optimal inventory management.
- Manage the performance, safety, and regulatory compliance of dealers and transporters through regular site visits and audits.
- Act as the key liaison with statutory and regulatory bodies (MUT, BOMBA, KPDN) to ensure full adherence to all standards.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the LPG or energy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to LPG is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
