Position Overview:

This role leads the end-to-end management of the organisation’s digital portfolio, covering enterprise applications, software development, DevOps, ERP, application portfolio management, business process management, and AI. It is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated digital initiatives to ensure seamless technology delivery across the enterprise. The role ensures all digital components work cohesively together to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Digital Portfolio and Project management prioritizing projects based on strategic business goals and resource availability to ensure successful delivery through development, maintenance, and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and to track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Oversee Application Portfolio including enterprise applications, websites, digital subscriptions, software licenses and contracts, and other digital products to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and value realization through Application Portfolio Management, regular portfolio review, software utilization monitoring and compliance process.
• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with the objective of setting up an Infrastructure-as-a-Code by promoting best practices, continuous improvement, focusing on scalability, integration, quality, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or support of SAP systems across all modules, provide strategic direction on system optimization and enhancements, manage and guide the SAP functional and technical teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery, translate business requirements into SAP solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead the planning and execute the Artificial Intelligence strategy in alignment with business goals and technology roadmap through identifying, evaluating and development of Artificial Intelligence platforms, tools, and framework, ensuring data quality, governance, and ethical use of AI across the organization.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives in analysing, mapping and documenting document current business processes across departments to identify process gaps, redundancies, improvement opportunities, and to design and implement “to-be" processes and operating models to increase efficiency and reduce costs by using Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvements and innovation in Digital Technology to deliver value and competitive advantage to business by partnering with business to analyze industry trends, identify technology enabled improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT portfolio and project management, application development and management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as PMP, DevOps, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools and applications.
• Proficiency in portfolio and project management tools as well as software development platforms.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, AgilePM, or Professional Scrum Master are an added advantage.
