Position Overview:

 

We are offering a two-year apprenticeship program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in your chosen field. This program offers a structured and supportive environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals, receive personalized mentoring, and undergo comprehensive training tailored to your specific needs. You will have the chance to contribute to real projects and make a meaningful impact while building a solid foundation for your career. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Support the finance department and management team by completing accounting tasks including but not limited to:
    • Assist with financial planning and analysis, forecasts and budgets.
    • Prepare budgets, maintaining reports, and completing book-keeping and accounting duties.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to projects and initiatives.
  3. Participate in on-the-job training while gaining hands-on experience in Finance department.
  4. Engage in comprehensive training programs covering technical and non-technical skills.
  5. Receive one-on-one mentoring from seasoned professionals who will guide your development.
  6. Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar. Applicants with qualifications in ACCA or MICPA are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above, with less than 3 years of working experience since graduation.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for the industry and desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as effective verbal and written skills with creative and out-going interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to take on new challenges.
  • Solution-focused and active team player.
