Position Overview:

 

We are offering a two-year apprenticeship program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in your chosen field. This program offers a structured and supportive environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals, receive personalized mentoring, and undergo comprehensive training tailored to your specific needs. You will have the chance to contribute to real projects and make a meaningful impact while building a solid foundation for your career. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support the Ecosystem Development (ED) team and the larger Sarawak Resource Management team by completing assigned tasks including but not limited to:
    • Assist with the planning and tracking of implementation of SGR Ecosystem Blueprint programmes, including compiling data/updates, preparing slide decks and reports as necessary
    • Assist with engagements with key stakeholders i.e. Ministries, government agencies, relevant internal and external stakeholders
    • Work closely with the team members in ED and SRM and assist in team-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ED tasks and targets.
  • Participate in on-the-job training while gaining hands on experience in ED/SRM.
  • Engage in comprehensive training programs covering technical and non-technical skills.
  • Receive one-on-one mentoring from seasoned professionals who will guide your development.

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field, logistics and supply chain or project management .
  • Graduated with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above, with less than 3 years of relevant working experience since graduation.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for the oil and gas industry and energy sector with a enthusiastic desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to take on new challenges.
  • Solution-focused and active team player.
