Position Overview:

 

As part of our Graduate Recruitment Campaign, we are offering a two-year graduate program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in your chosen field.The Graduate Analyst role provides structured exposure and hands-on learning across key downstream disciplines. Graduates will follow an individually tailored development plan, combining both technical and non-technical training, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on real business projects and initiatives.This program offers an excellent foundation to build strong technical expertise, embrace continuous learning, and develop into a well-rounded professional within PETROS’ downstream business.

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (technical or non-technical).

  • Less than 3 years of post-graduation work experience.

  • Achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Displays a strong passion and curiosity for the industry.

  • Eager to learn and grow, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

  • Adaptable and proactive, embracing new opportunities and challenges with enthusiasm.

  • Solution-oriented team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
