Position Overview:

This graduate role will be part of a structured development pathway to build knowledge, skills, and experience in safeguarding people, assets, and operations in PETROS. This role will expose graduates to safety management systems, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and security frameworks, preparing you for a professional career in HSE and organizational security. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Petros Group Security team in implementing key Security Management System (MS) elements, including Corporate Intelligence, Protective Security Management, and Crisis Management Framework.
  • Assist in the delivery of Group Security activities across business operations and projects, ensuring compliance with PETROS’ Corporate Management System requirements.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement with management, employees, contractors, communities, and regulators.
  • Contribute to security risk assessments and mitigation plans to protect people, assets, the environment, and corporate reputation.
  • Assist in security audits, inspections, investigations, and incident follow-up actions.
  • Support data monitoring, analysis, and reporting using tools such as the ERM Synergi-life system.
  • Help deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors to strengthen compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update security documentation on SharePoint for effective record-keeping and retrieval.
  • Contribute to emergency response and crisis management activities when required.
  • Participate in broader security and HSE initiatives, including Safety Day, CSR, ESG, GHG reporting, and the promotion of injury-free behaviours.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in security management, HSE, and risk mitigation within the energy industry.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to participate in site-based assignments and emergency response activities.
