The Opportunity

As part of our Graduate Recruitment Campaign, we are offering a two-year apprenticeship program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in your chosen field. This program offers a structured and supportive environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals, receive personalized mentoring, and undergo comprehensive training tailored to your specific needs. You will have the chance to contribute to real projects and make a meaningful impact while building a solid foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to support strategic planning efforts.
• Analyse and manage the Group portfolio to support long term value creation.
• Assist in consolidating and analysing Group-level data to support business plan development.
• Participate in performance reviews and prepare summary reports.
• Learn and apply planning tools and systems.
• Support the creation of financial models and forecasts.
• Work closely with senior team members on planning and analysis tasks.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to projects across departments.
• Prepare presentations for internal meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Gain practical knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trends.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Less than 3 years working experience.
• Internship or academic experience in planning, analytics, or reporting.
• Able to showcase presentation, public speaking, and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrable collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail.
